Customer Service Information of Player: the information you provide during your communication with our customer service team when you need our technical support and/or customer service, and/or when you are exercising your rights as the data subject; Upon receiving your request, we will provide the corresponding support and further improve the quality of our service; In order to perform the obligation as the data controller under applicable laws and regulations(“perform the obligation”), we will use this information to verify your identity when you request to get access to your data.
iv. User Generated Content: e.g., photos, audio, any information you submit in forums, chat or message boards, and feedback or testimonials you provide about our services, we use the information to convey messages of you and other players for you to socialize in our game, and to promote the communications among you and other players.
v. IP Address: we use this information to ensure that you can connect to our servers.

Information on the Linked Social Account (third-party): the information of your social account (if you choose to log in to our services through your social account) we will use this information to create your account for you to use our service, and make sure you are able to share your in-game images via Internet.
vii. Device information and in-game information: device name, device type, OS version and language, IMEI, network type, game version and player UID, etc; We use this information for identity verification for security purposes, to identify and resolve bugs, and to evaluate and improve our services.
viii. Advertising Information: Ad ID and device information; we store the ad ID and other device information along with your personal information to monitor the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing programs. For iOS users, our aforementioned purposes can only be realized on the premise that you actively turn on IDFA tracking.
ix. Other Information, e.g., any other information you choose to directly provide to us in connection with your use of the services, surveys we sent to you, or sweepstakes you may enter.
In order to provide you with a better gaming experience, you understand and agree that we may combine and update the personal information we collect with data from third party partners in order to update your data, conduct market analysis, and/or otherwise improve our services.

i. OPEN ID: We generate and use this information to store your game data (including game level and game progress) together with a profile, which is used to connect to our servers in accordance with section 2(a).
ii. IP Address: we use this information to connect you to our servers in accordance with section 2(b).
iii. Game data: In accordance with Sections 2(e) and 2(h), we use this information to provide you with feedback and information on games and progress, which is necessary to use our Services.
iv. Device Information: Device ID, device information (device name, device type, Mac address, IMEI, CPU, graphics card model, OS version and language, time zone, screen DPI, screen resolution), registration time and login time; we use this information to improve our game services, including game features, etc., in accordance with Section 2(b) and 2(h).
v. Security-related information: a. Android version：Application information (APK name, version, running time, progress name), player account, device information (model, OS version, brand, CPU structure, ROOT status, unique identifier of the ROM, screen resolution, system running time, whether the emulator is running, installed APK information, Mac address, network type, name of the running application, SD card application list of file names in the cache directory and WIFI name); b. iOS version：Application information (module and signature), ROOT status of the device; used to secure the game according to Article 2(h).
You acknowledge and understand that since the game is released in multiple platforms, the above information is collected for the purpose of developing and updating device adaptations for different versions.

When you use any of Services via your social media account, such as Facebook or Google, you allow us to access necessary information from your profile on that site to efficiently fulfill our contractual obligations. The information we receive from you will depend on your social media privacy settings. We may access and store some or all of the following basic information, such as: your user ID and email address;

Game Data (player ID, game play statistics (such as Level and Scores), game virtual goods and etc): we use this information to provide you with feedback and information about your gameplay and progress; and to facilitate your use of the Game, and to improve the Game, including the functionality of the Game.
f. Transaction information (cost, product purchased, item ID, device details): We use this information to facilitate your purchases and to allow you to make a payment.
g. Customer Support: If you use our customer support function (in app and via website), we collect the information you provided. We use this information to improve our services and to provide troubleshooting, such as carrying out research, surveys and analysis, creating reports for use, testing out new game features and content or identifying your lost account.
h. Information of Undesirable Content: We use this information to protect the integrity, safety, security and comfort of our services or users, comply with legal obligations, and enforce compliance with the Terms of Service or other restrictions placed on your use of our services.
As our services are improved and updated, the information collected about you as described above may be added, deleted or changed from time to time. If we use your information for purposes beyond the above-mentioned purposes in material aspects, we will ask for your consent.

4. DATA RETENTION
4.1. We generally retain your information for the period for which the Game is available, after which time your data will be deleted, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
4.2. When destroying personal information, measures will be taken to make the personal information irrecoverable or irreproducible, and electronic files which contain personal information will be deleted permanently using a technical method which makes the files irreproducible.
4.3. In the event that the processing and retention period have terminated, but personal information is required to be retained continuously for other reasons including for the purposes as prescribed under applicable laws, the relevant personal information will be stored and maintained separately from other types of personal information. If you require us to destroy your personal information before the end of its life cycle (as set out in the retention policy above), we will destroy your personal information in accordance with local laws.

DUE TO THE PARTICULARITY OF GAME PRODUCTS, THE GAME ACCOUNT CONTAINS YOUR GAME EXPERIENCE, GAME LEVEL, GAME VIRTUAL ITEMS, ETC.WHEN YOU APPLY FOR ACCOUNT CANCELLATION, WE WILL VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY, ACCOUNT SECURITY STATUS, AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE PRODUCT CANCELLATION PROCESS CAREFULLY. IF YOU MEET AND AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THE CONDITION TO CANCELL YOUR ACCOUNT AND THE RELEVANT LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
AFTER YOUR ACCOUNT IS CANCELLED, WE WILL STOP PROVIDING YOU WITH ALL OR PART OF OUR SERVICES AND WILL DELETE OR ANONYMIZE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCORDING TO YOUR REQUEST, UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAWS AND REGULATIONS. ONCE THE RELEVANT INFORMATION IS DELETED OR THE ACCOUNT IS CANCELLED, IT CANNOT BE RECOVERED, PLEASE OPERATE WITH CAUTION.
5.8. Change the scope of authorization and consent
You can choose whether to provide us with personal information. You can change the scope of your authorization to continue to collect information or withdraw your authorization by turning off device functions, or canceling your account.
When the authorization is withdrawn, we cannot continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn authorization, and we will no longer process your corresponding information. However, your decision to withdraw the authorization will not affect the previous information processing based on your authorization.

WE STRONGLY URGE PARENTS TO SUPERVISE CHILDREN AND MINORS NOT TO DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA WITHOUT PRIOR PARENTAL CONSENT.
